The Tribal Defenders Office for the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes is seeking an attorney to represent adults and juveniles charged in Tribal Court. The attorney may also be required to represent respondents in mental health commitments, guardianships or other civil matters as needed.
One to two years experience with some criminal law preferred. Must have a demonstrated interest in representing the criminally accused in a Tribal, public defender setting. Full job description can be found at cskt.org. Salary depends on experience.
