Shandor graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1990 and Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in 1994, and has defended criminal cases for over thirty years. In 2005, he became a founding member of the law firm of Moriarity & Badaruddin, PLLC. Since that time he has represented plaintiffs in civil actions and defended criminal cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts in Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, California, New Mexico, Georgia, Illinois, and Nevada.
Shandor is a member of the State Bar of Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Illinois, and Georgia. He is a member of the United States District Court for the Districts of Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, and the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, as well as the Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
